The package is designed to cover all of your transportation needs for the week/period, it allows multiple airport transfers at a flat rate, this works in the guests favor as sometimes they have multiple arrival and departure airport transfers.

If guests take airport transfers only and do additional excursions while they are here, they will have to pay every time they move and this works out to be more at the end of the week/period instead of one flat inclusive rate for the week/period.

Grocery shopping is included in the package and the guests do not even have to go with the driver, they may stay and enjoy the pool while their driver takes the cook to the grocery store.

 The group can co-ordinate multiple activities with a driver, this could not be done without a package arrangement or if they rented a car. For example – In the case of groups who have different interest, the driver can take some persons to one attraction and others to a different attraction and co-ordinate the pickup times so that everyone meet up together and travel back to the villa, or another example is to take the guests on excursions, drop the cook off at grocery shopping and co-ordinate the pickup times, still another example is when a group has multiple arrival and departure airport transfers, the driver could co-ordinate these between excursions for other members of the group.

The service is available not just for excursions but also for those who may want to go out late nights at the same package rate (Guests will avoid having to pay extra to a taxi for night work).

Your personal full-time van with driver Jamaica villa transportation package includes the following details below:

Unlimited Round trip Airport transfer s(when guests have multiple flights and there is enough turn around driving time between flights from the villa to the Airport, this feature will still apply).
The driver is also available to do unlimited trips and tours to anywhere in Jamaica.
Driver is available for up to ten (10 hours) per day (includes both driving and waiting time). This does not have to be a straight shift but can be two (2) or more hours in the morning and the rest in the afternoon/evening at your discretion.
The driver will come each day at a prearranged time by the guests and stay with them all day to cover all their transportation needs with no distance or location restrictions.
Overtime rate can be negotiated with your driver if necessary. Hours are not carried over to the next day.
One (1) complimentary tank of gas is provided per week. Guests are responsible for additional gas purchases if needed.

Child car seats, booster seats and infant seats are available upon request – US$10.00 per seat daily.

Rates include dedicated, licensed drivers/tour guides for up to 10 hours per day. This does not have to be a straight shift but can be two (2) or more hours in the morning and the rest in the afternoon/evening at your discretion. Overtime rate can be negotiated with your driver if necessary.

Hours are not carried over to the next day. If 10 hours are exceeded in one day, an additional US$25 per hour is to be paid directly to your driver.  The minimum period for full time service is 4 consecutive days which includes a complimentary half tank of gas.  For 6 days or more, a complimentary full tank of gas is included.  Guests are responsible for subsequent petrol if needed.

The driver/guide will make your vacation stay at a villa that much more enjoyable as you do not need to worry about driving. This convenient service is priced at approximately the same cost as renting a car or van yourself and eliminates the big problem of driving on the left and on unfamiliar roads.

Our drivers are knowledgeable on Jamaica and great tour guides. They also know all our villas and staff. It gives you the availability of a private van/bus with driver for the duration of your stay to take care of all your transportation needs including round trip Airport transfers. The driver will come each day at a time prearranged by the clients and stay with you all day to do all that is needed in transportation, no distance or location restrictions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  1. There will be an additional charge for persons who take a van/bus with driver package if they will be arriving into the Kingston Airport and staying outside of the following areas: Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Discovery Bay, Oracabessa and Rio Bueno. Please Contact Us for applicable rates.
  2. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations given three (3) days or more before arrival or excursion date.
  3. Prices shown are for Transportation Only.
  4. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry as we precheck and monitor all flights when doing an arrival and departure airport transfer/transfers.
  5. Minimum duration for private full-time van/bus with driver package service is four (4) consecutive days. Please contact us for rates and further information.
  6. A half tank of complimentary gas is included with a 4 days van/bus with driver package.
  7. We also offer packages for 6 days or more, full time service which will include a complimentary full tank of gas. Any subsequent fill-ups are at the guest’s expense as needed. 
  8. All our rates include all government taxes.  
  9. Our full-time van/bus with driver package service is available to clients staying in ARBNB, Luxe Villas or private villas Island wide. The service includes airport transfers from MBJ or NMIA and all transportation for tours, dinner, night out, etc. no distance restrictions.
  10. The drivers tip is not included in our rates, please add 15% tip to rates.    
  11. Airport baggage handlers or porter tips are not included in our rates. Please kindly tip them directly at the airport.  
  12. Toll Charges will apply to Airport transfers from (NMIA) (Kingston Airport) that includes traveling on the new highway(you can pay locally in cash.
  13. If the 10 hours are exceeded in a day there will be an additional charge of US$25.00 per hour which should be paid directly to the driver.
  14. Our Full Time Driver package starts when guests meet their driver at the airport and finishes at 2:00pm on the day of departure or last day of their package. If the driver has to work additional hours because of a late check out, flight delays or waiting time, there will be a charge of US$50.00 per hour for additional hours.
